About Bellis Brothers

Bellis Brothers runs a farm shop, garden centre, gift department and seasonal pick-your-own fields on a farm in the Dee Valley, on the outskirts of Holt village near Wrexham, North Wales. The garden centre sells plants and garden products, including water features, and the site also has a restaurant, Strawberry Fields, and a butchery and deli counter. The pick-your-own fields offer strawberries and soft fruit in summer, and pumpkins and a maize maze in October.

Customers are local shoppers, families visiting for the pick-your-own and seasonal events, and gardeners. Revenue comes from in-store retail sales, the restaurant and the seasonal pick-your-own offer.

The company was founded in 1908 according to its registry record, and the website states the family has farmed the site since 1860. It describes itself as an independently run family business, less than nine miles from both Wrexham and Chester. The registered company is based in Chester. In September 2026 it advertised temporary weekend butchery and deli assistant roles running until 31 December 2026.

Product: Farm shop, garden centre, gift department, restaurant, butchery and deli counter, and seasonal pick-your-own fields.
