About Beeline Medicines
Beeline Medicines is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Its lead program, afimetoran, is an oral, once-daily TLR7/8 inhibitor in lupus. A randomized Phase 2 study in systemic lupus erythematosus is ongoing, and the U.S. FDA granted afimetoran Fast Track designation in systemic lupus erythematosus in May 2025.
The pipeline also includes BLN-326, a long-acting IL-2-CD25 fusion protein in early clinical studies for atopic dermatitis and lupus; lomedeucitinib, a selective TYK2 inhibitor in late clinical development; and BLN-481, an anti-IL-18Rb antibody at the preclinical stage.
