About Aztec Labs

Aztec Labs builds privacy products based on zero-knowledge proofs. Its products include zk.money, a self-custodial wallet for transferring crypto privately, and ZKPassport, which lets companies verify ages, run sanctions checks, confirm eligibility and detect bots without taking custody of users' personal data. It also offers Noir, a domain-specific programming language for zero-knowledge circuits.

The company contributes node software and developer tooling to the Aztec Network, a Layer 2 network on Ethereum with programmable privacy. Aztec Labs led the development of Noir until early 2026, when its maintenance and development moved to the Aztec Foundation. Customers include individual users of zk.money and companies that use ZKPassport for verification.
