About Aventia Media

Aventia builds digital tools for political meetings. MøteFlyt is a meeting portal that covers case preparation, participant management, speaker lists, digital voting and minutes with signing and follow-up of decisions. KommuneTV provides live streaming and recording of council meetings, with bookmarks for individual cases and automatic subtitles in Bokmål and Nynorsk.

The customers are municipalities and county councils across Scandinavia. The website cites Nesodden, Kvinnherad, Sola and Høyanger municipalities as users. MøteFlyt and KommuneTV integrate with case and archive systems, including Sikri Elements, Tietoevry Public 360°, ACOS WebSak and Compilo Bridge, and with a citizen app for meeting notifications.

Aventia was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Nøtterøy, Norway. It runs MøteFlyt and KommuneTV on its own servers in Norway. MøteFlyt is listed as launching in autumn 2026.

Product: MøteFlyt meeting portal with digital voting and minutes; KommuneTV live streaming and recording of council meetings
