Avensys

Avensys is an independent software publisher that develops management software for construction assessment firms (cabinets d'expertise construction). The suite covers the main aspects of an expert's work, including automatic reminders for legal and client deadlines, geolocation for planning assessment routes, and document templates editable from Microsoft Word and Excel.

The software also handles scheduling and dispatch of email, SMS and registered mail, sales and collections export to accounting software, and reporting tools. It offers EDI data exchange with the main flows used by clients. Customers include national expert networks, independent firms and remote secretarial services. A client extranet gives customers real-time tracking of their cases. Training is provided on the customer's premises, at Avensys, or remotely.

Founded in 1998, Avensys is headquartered in Grenade, France. Customer data is hosted with French providers and replicated across two geographic sites. The company is recruiting developers to expand its development team.
