About Auto Pejšek
Auto Pejšek s.r.o. repairs cylinder heads from combustion engines of all makes. Services include pressure testing, straightening and grinding of seating surfaces, valve seat milling, TIG welding of aluminium heads, thread repair, valve guide replacement and valve grinding. Heads are brought in or sent by courier, and repaired heads are returned by PPL cash-on-delivery across the Czech Republic.
Customers include owners of motorcycles, cars, trucks, tractors and other engines. Pricing is quoted per operation excluding VAT, with final cost depending on the labour required and the condition of the head. Payment is accepted in cash or by QR code only. The company also offers CNC machining to order.
Auto Pejšek s.r.o. is registered in Libovice and was founded in 2004. Its workshop is at Byseň 26 in Tuřany u Slaného. The workshop uses Serdi milling and grinding machines, Hermle five-axis CNC mills, a Masturn CNC lathe and a Fronius TIG welder. It is hiring a full-time machinist and locksmith for single-shift work in the workshop and will train applicants without prior experience in head repair.
