About AUMED
AUMED, a.s. focuses on research and development of immunobiological preparations, including bacterial vaccines and immunomodulators, and on bacteriophages. Part of its research is co-financed from EU structural funds and the Czech state budget through the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Subsidiaries are AUMED Immunology a.s., set up to bring the transfer-factor drug to market, and Aumed Pharma a.s., which develops the Phage Glow cosmetics line.
AUMED was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Prague (Modřany). It operates sites in Brno, Roztoky and Benátky nad Jizerou, the last opened in early 2024. The company presents its work as a continuation of Czech immunobiological and vaccine research that dates back to 1918.
