About AtomTrace

AtomTrace a.s. develops laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) instruments and software for multi-elemental chemical analysis. Its product line includes the LIBS Interaction Chamber, the Sci-Trace, M-Trace and X-Trace instrument series (X-Trace with remote detection), the AtomAnalyzer spectra processing software, the AC-DDG-4 digital delay generator, and LIBS and elements databases.

The company sells LIBS instruments, application setups and software to laboratories and users who need elemental analysis, including remote and on-site analysis of samples that are difficult to bring to a lab.

AtomTrace was founded in 2014 as a start-up from the Central European Institute of Technology in Brno, where its headquarters are registered. It maintains long-term cooperation with the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the Faculty of Science at Masaryk University. Recent news items cover a Czech business mission to Central Asia and cooperation between the EU and Zambia.
