Architus

Architus builds dedicated engineering teams for client companies, supplying software, AI/ML, QA, DevOps and product engineers based in Lithuania. Its offerings are dedicated teams, staff augmentation and an engineering centre run end to end, with an option to buy the team out and bring it in-house. Clients set the technical direction and the team reports to their tech lead, while Architus handles recruiting, contracts, payroll, benefits, office space, hardware and local HR.

The stated customers are fintech, banking and financial services companies. The website names Tide, a UK-based finance platform for small businesses, as a client that used the model to build its tech centre. The website describes revenue coming from fees for the engineering teams it provides; it does not give pricing.

The website lists offices in London, United Kingdom and Vilnius, Lithuania, and gives its founding year as unstated. It reports 100+ engineers hired and a 95% engineer retention rate. Current open roles are listed in Vilnius and Kaunas, including Staff Software Engineer, Senior SRE Engineer, Lead Identity Engineer and Engineering Manager.
