About Appt-Health
Appt Health makes software that automates patient recall, appointment scheduling and care coordination for primary care. Appt Recall identifies eligible patients from practice lists and sends invitations for screenings, vaccinations and reviews, with outreach tracking. Appt Coordinate, currently in beta, analyses patient records to keep reviews current and combine several health checks into a single visit.
Customers are GP practices and NHS services across the UK, and the platform integrates with EMIS and TPP (SystmOne) systems. Pricing includes a charge of £0.40 per patient that applies only when a booking is made, plus pass-through costs for SMS, letters and phone calls.
Appt Health was founded in 2017 by Hector Smethurst and is headquartered in Bolton, England. Its first product launched in 2021, and its website lists more than 150 practices as customers.
Product: Appt Recall, a recall manager for screenings, vaccinations and reviews; Appt Coordinate (beta), a care coordination and scheduling tool.
