Apollo Kino

Apollo Kino OÜ operates cinemas in Estonia, screening mainstream and Estonian films as well as live broadcasts of concerts and theatre. Its cinemas use a self-service model in which guests buy tickets and snacks at self-service points without queuing. Seats include reclining leather chairs with in-seat ordering from the group's bars and restaurants, and the company uses Barco RGB laser projectors with 4K resolution.

Customers are moviegoers and organisers who rent cinema halls for conferences, seminars and private receptions. Revenue comes from ticket and snack sales, hall rental and gift cards, which are accepted in shops, the online store, cinemas and cafés across the Apollo Group. Apollo Kino belongs to Apollo Group, whose companies share the Apollo Klubi loyalty programme.

The company was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Tallinn. It runs 13 cinema centres with 56 halls in Estonia, including locations in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva, Viljandi, Kuressaare and Jõhvi. Its first cinemas outside Estonia opened in Latvia and Lithuania in 2019, and the company reports 19 cinemas across the Baltics. It is currently advertising an open role for cinema staff covering customer service, the ticket desk and self-service tills, and stock upkeep.
