About Ananda

Ananda develops, manufactures and sells electric drive systems for two-wheel vehicles, including hub, mid-drive and side-mounted motors for eBikes, eMotorcycles, eMopeds and eScooters, together with controllers, sensors and HMI displays. Its M7000 series is presented as a smart platform for manufacturers and riders.

Customers are vehicle manufacturers and brands, which Ananda supplies with customizable eDrive units and control systems, and with whom it collaborates to tailor solutions. Revenue comes from sales of these drive units and related systems.

Ananda was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Shanghai. It operates production bases in Jiangsu, Tianjin and Anhui (China), Székesfehérvár (Hungary) and Binh Duong (Vietnam), and an overseas office in the Netherlands. Service stations are located in Italy, France, Japan and the USA, and the company reports more than 1,000 employees worldwide. It listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2024.
