About Altametris

Altametris processes industrial 3D data for infrastructure operators. Its software automates large-scale LiDAR point cloud processing, detects geometric, thermal and vegetation defects, classifies elements in point clouds and visualises the data on a web page. Its Altametris Suite, launched in 2021 as a SaaS middleware, connects data from mobile tools and IoT devices with enterprise asset management (EAM) systems.

The company started with data collection and processing services using drones and helicopters, focused on topography and safety. It helped develop the DT26 fixed-wing drone with DELAIR. Customers are infrastructure managers, including railway operators; Altametris is a spin-off from SNCF Réseau. Its work covers topographic maps, orthophotos and digital terrain models for railway topography, and its business lines include civil engineering, electrical equipment and telecommunications.

Altametris was created in 2017 as a legal subsidiary and is headquartered in Saint-Denis, France. The company positions itself in digital twins, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and digital asset management.

Product: Altametris Suite SaaS middleware linking LiDAR, drone and IoT data to EAM systems, plus drone-based data collection services for infrastructure.
