alo.bg

Alo.bg operates an online classifieds platform where users publish and browse free ads with prices and photos across 25 main categories, including jobs, real estate, cars, services and electronics. Search tools include filters by category, city and parameters, and the site shows average prices per square metre for properties by neighbourhood. It also offers listing promotion for more views and import of ads from a user's own system or website.

Customers are individuals and businesses in Bulgaria that buy, sell or offer goods and services. Users can also create small websites on subdomains of alo.bg, and the platform lists over 38 service subcategories.

The company's origin is the free-ads newspaper "Ало, Бургас", whose first issue appeared in May 1996, the year of its founding. Alo newspapers were later published in five other large Bulgarian cities, and the online version of alo.bg was launched in 2006. The site states that it has connected more than one million users.
