About Alleima
Alleima produces advanced stainless steels and alloys in the form of seamless and welded tube and pipe, precision strip steel, fine and medical wire, solid and hollow bar, and coated strip steel for fuel cell and hydrogen applications. Its Kanthal division supplies electric heating elements, furnace products and heating systems, and the company also offers nitinol processing and heat exchanger tubes.
Customers are industrial companies in ten niche end markets, including chemical, consumer, industrial heating, medical, nuclear, oil and gas, hydrogen and renewable energy, transportation, and mining and construction. Revenue comes from selling materials and components. The company is organised into three divisions: Tube, Kanthal and Strip.
Alleima is headquartered in Sandviken, Sweden, and was founded in 2022. The company reports about 6,800 employees, 26 production sites and more than 40 sales offices, and a portfolio of over 900 active alloys. Its open roles cover production and maintenance, engineering, business development and finance, with postings in Germany, the United States and China.
