About Alan Insurance

Alan sells employer health insurance bundled with an app that covers teleconsultation, an AI health assistant, preventive programmes and blood testing. Its product set includes Alan Clinique, an AI health assistant supervised by doctors, Alan Play for group activity challenges, Alan Precision for advanced blood tests covering more than 80 biomarkers, and Alan Shop for optical and wellness products.

Customers are companies with one to several tens of thousands of employees, which take out group health cover for their staff; the employees are the covered members. Revenue comes from these insurance contracts, with pricing presented as transparent and without commission or hidden fees.

Alan was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Paris. It covers 1.1 million members in six countries and works with more than 41,000 companies. Current job openings span France, Belgium, Spain, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Canada and Saudi Arabia, in engineering, sales, medical teams, actuarial, care and operations roles.
