AIDADOMI

AIDADOMI is a French home-care services provider. Its offer covers elderly assistance, support for people with disabilities, household cleaning and ironing, childcare, gardening and DIY help, and teleassistance, a 24/7 alert service using a pendant, bracelet or GPS watch. Care staff are employed on permanent contracts and trained in-house.

Customers are families, seniors and people with disabilities in the Région Sud. Clients pay for services; eligible services benefit from a 50% tax credit applied immediately through an advance, and the company helps clients with APA, PCH and pension fund applications. Teleassistance is sold as monthly subscriptions.

The company was founded on 24 July 2006 in Marseille by Eric Bobet. The website states 32 agencies in the Région Sud across five departments (13, 83, 84, 30, 04) and also refers to 33 agencies in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, over 1,200 salaried staff and more than 5,000 active clients. It holds NF Service certification since 2011 and describes itself as an ESUS social enterprise. Current job listings include auxiliaire de vie and aide à domicile roles across many Provence towns, apprenticeships, and agency management positions.
