About Aico Group

Aico Group Oy, based in Espoo, Finland, develops the Aico Financial Close Platform, software that automates record-to-report work such as account reconciliations, journal entries, closing tasks, intercompany invoicing and transaction matching. Further modules cover manual payments, financial requests, compliance task management, and GL account and variance monitoring. Live integrations are offered for SAP, Oracle and Dynamics 365, with standard integration for other ERP systems.

The company was founded in 2018. In April 2024 it entered a partnership with Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm, which joined existing investor Juuri Partners. Aico is part of Pacera, a software company formed by unifying Aico, AARO (consolidation) and Mercur (FP&A).
