About AGroup

AGroup, which operates the Hermetis platform, builds HR and payroll software for organisations in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland. The platform covers employee records and contract changes, working time and attendance, monthly payroll with a separate engine for each country, and an employee self-service portal. Each employee is tied to a legal entity, and statutory rules are applied per country. It connects to finance and IT systems through a REST API, SCIM and SSO.

Customers are organisations with HR and payroll operations in the four countries, including multi-country groups. Pricing depends on the number of legal entities, the modules used and the size of the workforce. Each implementation is run by a project manager from contract to go-live.

AGroup was founded in Riga in 2008, and the company has offices in Riga and Warsaw. Polish operations started in 2011, and the company joined the Everfield software group in 2023. The team is around 30 people across Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland.

Product: Hermetis HR and payroll platform: HR management, country-specific payroll, working time and attendance, and employee self-service.
