afaktury.pl

afaktury.pl is a browser-based program for issuing invoices and other commercial documents, including proformas, advance invoices, correction invoices, offers, cash receipts and delivery notes. It handles sending invoices to and receiving them from Poland's KSeF national e-invoicing system, with status and UPO tracking, JPK file generation, VAT whitelist checks and company data lookup from GUS.

The product is aimed at Polish businesses that issue invoices. The site describes a free plan limited to 3 documents per month, and paid plans called Standard (19 zł per month), Prestige (35 zł per month) and Prestige+P (45 zł per month) with unlimited documents, plus separately priced SMS and receipt packages. A 30-day free trial is offered.

The program has been on the market since 2014 and the site states that more than 100,000 companies use it. Its interface and documents are in Polish, and invoices can be printed in 31 languages. The site also lists a 2026 launch of full two-way KSeF integration. No office locations or hiring information are given on the pages reviewed.
