About Admares Group

ADMARES manufactures complete residential homes in an automated, robotized smart factory and delivers them move-in ready. Homes are assembled on industrial lines, with only final plug-in connections made on site. The modular system covers homes from 65 sq.m. to 450 sq.m.

Its customers are developers and builders, for whom ADMARES acts as a contract manufacturer. Pricing is quoted for bulk orders, starting from A$120,500 for a 65 sq.m. home, excluding plot, earthworks and foundations.

ADMARES was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Turku, Finland. The company has announced a smart factory planned for Queensland, Australia, and cites partnerships with Porsche Consulting, MHP, Siemens, EDAG, ABB Robotics and Bosch. Its careers page advertises upcoming smart factory job openings.
