About Adiabatix

Adiabatix Oy, based in Vaasa, Finland, makes modular insulation systems for demanding industrial applications. Its product line includes Adi-XP for exhaust ducts and pipes, ADIBOX for exhaust manifolds, Adi-TC for turbochargers, Adi-CAC for charge air coolers, and Adi-NG and Adi-NGr for nuclear power plants. The company also offers Adi-SiSu, a site survey service that uses an infrared camera to assess the condition of thermal insulation and its compliance with SOLAS requirements.

Customers include engine manufacturers, power plants, cruise ships, oil and gas producers and nuclear power plants. The company sells its modular insulation products and related survey services. In a nuclear project for EDF, it works with its French partner Altrad.

The company was founded in 2000. It has delivered its 100th module to a customer and has supplied insulation to three units of a nuclear power plant in Sweden. Its patented modular design allows insulation to be opened, closed and reinstalled without wear.
