About Acumatica
Acumatica develops Acumatica Cloud ERP, a business management system covering financials, distribution, project accounting and CRM. Separate editions cover field service, commerce, manufacturing and construction. The product offers unlimited users, deployment on a public or private cloud, low-code customization and AI-driven automation.
Its customers are small and midsized organizations. The product is sold exclusively through a partner channel of more than 350 value added resellers, and the company also licenses its platform through private label (OEM) partners and an xRP cloud platform for vertical software vendors. Pricing is based mainly on the applications implemented, expected usage and deployment choice rather than on user seats.
Acumatica was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. The company reports 700+ employees, 7 offices and 10,000+ customers. In May 2025 it signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Vista Equity Partners.
