About Actuaplast
Actuaplast designs and manufactures plastic components, covering design, prototyping, mould industrialisation and serial production at a single site. Its services include injection moulding, 2D and 3D blow moulding, rapid prototyping (stereolithography, polyamide sintering, metal laser sintering and vacuum moulding) and mould design and manufacturing. Its customers include French and international automotive Tier 1 suppliers, as well as manufacturers in agricultural machinery, aerospace and defence, and industries that need small and medium series. The company states that it has served 250 customers and supplies finished plastic parts and prototypes to them.
Actuaplast is headquartered in La Foret-Fouesnant, Brittany, and was founded in 2013; its website states that its plastics expertise dates from 2001. The company has around 100 employees. It is building a new logistics facility, scheduled for completion in early 2027. Open roles include project managers, CAM technicians, CNC and electro-erosion operators, mould assemblers, injection and blow moulding operators, and rapid prototyping technicians.
