VRS Stav

VRS Stav s.r.o. is a tiling and renovation contractor. Its main service is turnkey bathroom renovation, covering design and measurement, demolition, waterproofing, tiling, sanitary installation and final handover. It also offers general renovation of apartments and family houses, kitchen and living area work, floor and terrace work, and tile laying including ceramics, large-format slabs and mosaic.

Customers are private clients, such as apartment and house owners, in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region. The company says it does not publish a fixed price list: each quote is prepared after a free consultation and on-site measurement, and depends on scope, materials and the condition of the space. Revenue comes from individual renovation contracts.

The registry records the company as an s.r.o. founded on 30 May 2025, headquartered in Prague, with 1-9 employees. The website states 8+ years on the market, 150+ projects and work in two regions, which does not match the registry founding date. The website lists no hiring information and no offices beyond Prague.
