Verdens viktigste jobb

Verdens viktigste jobb is a free career program for young people without work experience. It lists full-time, part-time and temporary jobs suited to first-time job seekers, offers game-based tools to prepare for working life, and provides personal career coaching.

The target users are young people looking for their first job. The site describes its employer partners as companies that want to invest in young talent. The site does not state how employers are charged or how the program is funded.

The program was developed by professional career advisors from OsloKollega, who also provide the coaching. The site lists two open positions, both in Oslo, and is published in Norwegian. The website does not give a founding year or headcount.

Product: Job listings for first jobs, game-based work-readiness tools, and personal career coaching for young job seekers.
