United Energy

United Energy, a.s. is a Czech independent producer of electricity and heat. It operates a combined heat and power plant in Komořany near Most with a stated installed capacity of 243.5 MWe, and is part of the Teplárna Komořany group alongside Severočeská teplárenská and Gabit.

Its customers include residential buildings, housing cooperatives and owners' associations, school and hospital facilities, commercial entities and municipalities, to which it supplies heat and hot water. The website also describes a waste-to-energy plant (ZEVO/EVO) and property management services. The company belongs to the Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH) group.

The company states it has been on the market since 1995 and manages more than 4,500 flats in Most and Litvínov. Its sister company Severočeská teplárenská supplies heat to more than 30,000 households in Most, Litvínov and Meziboří.
