About Spojka Karlín
Spojka Karlín is a restaurant in Prague's Karlín district that combines food, design and social life. It serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch from a seasonal à la carte menu with vegan, vegetarian and meat options, and bakes its own sourdough breads, lavash and brioche. The venue also makes fermented lemonades, kombucha and ginger beer in-house and pours beer from two local breweries.
Customers include local diners, office workers and companies or groups booking event spaces for conferences, workshops, corporate trainings and parties, with capacity of up to 300 people. The website also describes a Dark Kitchen catering concept offering boxed food without a minimum order, delivered to Prague offices or collected in Vinohrady. The website does not disclose pricing or revenue figures.
The concept grew out of the vegetarian and vegan restaurant Etnosvět and is part of the SPOJUJEME group. The company is registered as an s.r.o. in Prague, registered in 2025. The restaurant has more than 600 live plants and sources from Czech farms and suppliers. The website lists open positions for a barista, a waiter or waitress and a cook.
