SDL Group

sdl.GROUP provides security services, including personal and event protection, plant and site guarding, reception and ticket control, and logistics security such as high-value monitoring and transport escorts. It also offers investigations, security consulting, expert assessments, and temporary staffing (agency work, temp-to-hire, direct placement, on-site management, and head-hunting).

The company serves businesses, including logistics firms it supports through a cooperation with AH Security Services GmbH and the s.a.f.e. initiative of the DSLV freight and logistics association. Private clients are served for investigations. Its training institute AAWID, based in Duisburg, runs training for its own security staff and for external participants and companies.

The group states that it traces its activities to security work from 1974 and that its services were consolidated under the sdl.GROUP name in 2020. The website gives its staff as about 230 employees and lists offices in Duisburg and Löbau. Its open positions are mainly security staff, event stewards and production helpers in North Rhine-Westphalia, along with some electrician and welder roles.
