ROCK YOUR LIFE! is a social enterprise that runs a free mentoring program in which students mentor young people from disadvantaged families. It also trains the trainers who qualify volunteer mentors, and has offered its mentoring through an online platform since 2022.

Its core beneficiaries are young people (mentees) and volunteer student mentors. The company also works with schools and companies, and its Academy offers tailored personnel and organisational development programs to organisations. The website lists funders and memberships but does not state the revenue split.

Founded in 2008 by three students in Friedrichshafen am Bodensee, the initiative later moved to Munich and became a social franchise. The website states that it operates in five countries, with more than 30 locations in Europe, and that it has reached over 10,000 students and initiated over 8,500 mentoring relationships. Current job postings cover a regional partnerships role in Brandenburg and Berlin, a mentoring-pair supervisor role in Munich, Berlin, Cologne and Hamburg, and project management internships in Munich.
