ROYC provides a white-label operating platform for private markets, covering onboarding, KYC/AML, servicing, reporting and ongoing investor management. A January 2026 press release announced the ROYC Operating System as a standalone enterprise software platform.

Customers are private equity GPs, banks, asset managers, wealth managers, multi-family offices, foundations, private banks and wealth platforms. The website describes ROYC as a technology partner that combines platform and execution services. It does not describe pricing or revenue terms.

ROYC was founded by leaders from Blackstone, Nordea and Klarna, and its website lists offices in Stockholm, London, Paris, Luxembourg and Copenhagen. The company states it is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified. Open roles include fund controller and senior fund controller positions, a senior investor services officer, a product manager for the private markets platform, a legal and compliance manager and a senior director for private markets SaaS sales.
