Project Bay Workation Hotel UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

Project Bay Workation Hotel UG (haftungsbeschränkt) runs the Project Bay brand, which designs team offsites and workations for companies. Its locations combine coworking spaces with partner hotels and offer individual rooms, high-speed WLAN, meeting rooms and a choice of catering. Companies describe their plans, and the company designs the offsite and arranges activities, coaches and trainers from its network.

The customers are companies that want to strengthen team collaboration, and the website shows testimonials from employees of firms including Robert Bosch GmbH and Westwing. The website states that there is no brokerage fee and that each offer contains a final price.

The company was founded in 2020 on the island of Rügen by Hannes Trettin and Toni Gurski, according to the website, and is registered in Lietzow, Germany. The website lists 19 curated locations in Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Slovakia, Albania and Tunisia, and reports more than 130 completed offsites. The company currently advertises one open role, an assistant to management and operations generalist based in Lietzow.

Product: Team offsites and workation stays combining coworking infrastructure, individual rooms and partner hotels, organized end to end for companies.
