Prefab Factory

Prefab Factory a.s. manufactures serial prefabricated bathroom modules, which are delivered complete to construction sites and installed as single units. The company presents the modules as a way to reduce on-site trades, material handling, waste and build time.

The company says its customers are developers and builders of residential projects, hotels, senior homes, hospitals and social housing. Its website describes a single-supplier model in which the module manufacturer is the sole partner for the bathroom, with a fixed price for the complete product; the stated revenue model is product sales.

The production plant is in Přehýšov near Plzeň, and the registered seat is in Horní Bříza. The website states the company was founded in 2007 as Prefab Factory a.s. and builds on more than 30 years of earlier experience in supplying materials for new housing. It lists open positions in Přehýšov for a warehouse worker, a C+E truck driver and assembly coordinator, a project manager and a designer of prefabricated bathroom modules.
