PetBox runs an online pet shop in Poland selling dog and cat food, treats, toys, care products and cat litter. Its subscription service assembles a package for each pet based on life stage, breed, weight and activity, and delivers it on a period the customer chooses. Packages can also include a toy, seasonal care product or cat litter.

Customers are dog and cat owners who buy single items or subscription packages. The site says subscription prices are lower than single purchases and that subscription packs include tick and flea treatment about every four weeks at no extra cost. Revenue comes from product sales, including subscription orders.

The company is registered in Poland as PETBOX sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Blizne Łaszczyńskiego according to registry data. The website mentions a physical store, a Facebook group and an Instagram account. It does not describe other markets, offices or open job positions.
