PatronGO SK s.r.o. is the Slovak entity registered in Trnava, part of the Patron GO group. Patron GO is a free iOS and Android app that connects to a user's bank account through PSD2 in read-only mode, monitors expenses, looks for savings and credits rewards to a Patron Wallet for completed challenges.

Users are individual consumers who download the app at no cost. According to the website, partners such as banks, insurers, and energy and telecom companies pay the company when users choose their offers, and those partner payments fund the rewards. The website states that in the Czech Republic the app is operated by Antivirus s.r.o.

The group's website states that Patron GO was launched in 2021 by co-founders Lukáš Vršecký (co-founder and CEO) and Jiří Paták. It reports more than 600,000 users in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, with Germany planned from 23 October 2026. The company has received awards including a place in the Sifted 250 (2026) and a Startup of the Year title at the Central European Startup Awards (2023).
