Onyx Capital Group is a group of four businesses centred on oil derivatives. Onyx Commodities provides liquidity for crude, light ends, distillates, fuel oil, NGLs, metals and power & gas. Flux is a market-access terminal combining live liquidity and data, services and education. The Officials is a price reporting and intelligence agency, and Axis is a market-making business based in Dubai, founded in 2024.

Customers include professional traders and institutions, as well as individuals who access liquidity through Flux.
