Omnora

Omnora is a software platform for capturing experience-based knowledge from employees through AI interviews and existing documents. The captured knowledge is turned into training (video, SCORM, xAPI or MP4) and into sourced context for AI systems, including an AI chat with source references and an MCP server for company knowledge.

The website says more than 650 companies use the software for corporate learning and intelligence management. The company was founded in 2011 under the name SlidePresenter, according to its website, and states that it has more than 50 employees. Omnora describes its hosting as EU-based. Its current job listings are all placed in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, mainly for sales, marketing and AI-related roles.
