OFTEX is a Czech eye care group that runs an ophthalmic clinic, eye treatment centres and optical shops. The clinic performs cataract surgery, refractive procedures, retinal and vitreous surgery, eyelid surgery, intravitreal injections and laser procedures, and it uses equipment from Zeiss, Alcon, Nidek and Rodenstock according to its website.

Services are offered to adults aged 18 and over. Standard cataract operations are covered by public health insurance, while premium intraocular lenses, laser vision correction and other aesthetic or additional services are paid by the patient according to a price list valid from 1 September 2025. The group also holds accreditation for postgraduate training of physicians in basic ophthalmology.
