Nové Adalbertinum

Nové Adalbertinum is a hotel and congress centre in a former Jesuit college building on the Velké náměstí in Hradec Králové. The site offers guest rooms, halls and salons for conferences and social events, a Baroque library with a reading room, a chapel, a courtyard and southern terraces.

The hotel rents rooms, including single rooms, apartments and rooms for guests with disabilities, to individual travellers and business visitors. Its halls and salons are rented for congresses, seminars, balls, receptions, corporate presentations, weddings and family celebrations, with catering offered. Revenue comes from accommodation, venue rental and events, based on the website's description of its services.

The building was constructed as a Jesuit college in 1671–1710 to a design by architect Pavel Ignác Bayer and was later used as a gymnasium and as barracks before its reconstruction as a hotel and congress centre. The complex offers 70 guest beds, halls and salons with capacity up to 700 people, and exhibition space of 1800 m2. The site also includes the Bishop's Library with about 60,000 volumes and a reading room, and it sits next to the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.
