Nobox Aviation Recruitment

Nobox is an Irish-owned recruitment and HR partner specialising in the aviation sector. It offers recruitment, training and employment services, along with security background clearances and payroll support for aviation clients.

Its clients are airlines and aviation companies that it recruits for, and its candidate services connect pilots, cabin crew and other aviation professionals with employers. The website describes separate employer and candidate service lines but does not state how the business is priced.

The company is registered at Grange Parade in Baldoyle, Dublin. The website states that it is currently the largest provider of these services in Europe by volume and that it has over 30 years of aviation experience. At the time of capture, it listed five open positions: two internal roles and two background-check specialist roles in Dublin, and an Etihad cabin crew role based in Abu Dhabi.
