Nextarchitekti

Nextarchitekti s.r.o. is an architecture studio offering design work from family houses and interiors to multifunctional buildings, as well as architectural and urban planning assignments. The studio also takes part in architectural competitions and uses BIM (Building Information Modeling) to coordinate architecture and technical disciplines.

The website portfolio includes private houses, apartments, a cottage, and interiors for corporate clients, including retail branch networks of Slovenská sporiteľňa, Slovak Telekom, Tatra banka, Raiffeisen Banka and Tatrabanka. The website does not describe its pricing or revenue model.

The company was registered in Bratislava in March 2022 and took over most of the team of the earlier studio Light4Space, which co-founder Igor Koválovský helped establish in 2006 and which closed in 2022. Its office is at Seberíniho 1 in Bratislava, and its registered seat is at Hanulova 7, Bratislava. The website is published in Slovak only.
