The company says its products are cruelty-free, that it aims to make its full range vegan, and that it sources only from suppliers in the EU or the USA.

Customers are consumers and nail enthusiasts who buy nail products directly online, and revenue comes from these direct product sales. The website says the company has served more than one million customers. Its careers page describes its Ongle24 brand as a market leader in France and Belgium, and says it has sold in Germany since 2023.
