moment.at

MOMENT.at is an online magazine publishing articles, videos, commentary and podcasts on economic and social topics such as work, health, housing and democracy. The site is operated by the Momentum Institut, which describes itself as an economic policy think tank and a medium.

The magazine is free to read and funded through donations, with a donation page and free e-mail newsletters on the site. The input does not describe advertising or subscription revenue. The team lists editors, video and live-host staff, social media editors, economists and fundraising staff.

The Momentum Institut states that it has worked on concrete proposals since 2019. The site lists Barbara Blaha as head and Tom Schaffer as editor-in-chief. The publication is in German. The input names no office cities. An open call is posted for freelance journalists to increase diversity in the editorial team and coverage.
