Customers include small local customers, large corporations, governments and global accounts, as well as sports federations and non-profit organizations. The company states that in Germany and Austria it handles the B2B distribution of Philips AEDs, including the sub-distributor network, and it operates as a Philips HeartStart Solutions alliance partner since 2016.

Founded in 2007 as a special purpose entity, the company is headquartered in Germany with representations in Austria, the UK and the US. Its open roles (three, all in Bochum, Germany) are for account management and business operations, and it is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001.
