Ibexa sells the Ibexa Agentic Marketing Platform, which deploys AI agents that connect through MCP to a company's CMS, CRM, ecommerce platform and ad accounts. The agents read live data and execute actions, with each action limited to the user's existing permissions. The platform is offered with product modules including Actito, Qualifio, Quable and Raptor, and a DXP line called Cohesivo.

Customers are marketing teams at B2C and B2B brands, and the company states it has more than 1,000 customers. Revenue comes from seat-based subscriptions with AI credits, in Core, Plus and Performance plans, plus services such as onboarding, managed operations, training and support.

The business began in 1999 as eZ Systems in Norway and was rebranded as Ibexa in 2020. In 2021 it was acquired by QNTM Group, which later brought Actito, Qualifio, Quable and Raptor under the Ibexa name. The website lists an Oslo address and states that more than 350 people work across Europe.
