HR Agentuur

HR Agentuur is a recruitment agency offering temporary staffing (personalirent), headhunting (sihtotsingud) and anonymous recruitment. The website says it also handles roles that require background checks and security clearance, and that it does not use AI to evaluate candidates.

The website describes its clients as employers seeking seasonal, mass or specialist hiring. Testimonials from client companies come from manufacturing and military-sector firms, and the business earns fees from staffing and search services for those employers. The site does not publish pricing or a fee structure.

The website is published in Estonian and lists a Tallinn-area contact number. Its open listings are mainly production roles in Tallinn districts (Mustamäe, Lasnamäe, Männiku, Vääna) and in Kuressaare, plus one remote recruitment specialist position. The site does not state a founding year or headquarters address. Its structured data names the legal entity as Workstaff OÜ.
