housecollection.pl

HouseCollection (housecollection.pl) is a Polish architectural design studio that sells catalogued house projects. The catalogue covers modern, classic, barn-style, timber-frame and other house types, grouped by size, floor count, roof type and features such as basements, saunas or garages.

Customers are individuals planning to build a home. Revenue comes from selling project documentation, and the company offers a free analysis of possible changes and an individual offer for modifications to a chosen design. The website also lists a 10% discount for Large Family Card holders and a 2% mortgage-related offer.

The website states that the company has over ten years of experience designing individual projects and a catalogue of over 1000 projects. It presents itself as a Polish design firm working across Europe, mainly in Poland, with Polish and foreign partner companies. No office addresses are given on the pages reviewed, and the site does not mention hiring.

Product: Catalogue of house design projects with floor plans and visualisations, plus paid modifications to selected designs.
