Home Direct

Home Direct s.r.o. is a Prague-registered company that operates a group of property platforms where owners sell and rent homes directly to buyers and tenants without estate agents. Its brands are bezrealitky.cz, bezrealitky.sk, ohne-makler.net and ohne-makler.at, plus bezrealitky správce, a rental service offering guaranteed rent and vetted tenants.

Customers are property owners who list homes and people looking to buy or rent them. The website describes the offering as commission-free and says ohne-makler.net lets owners advertise once and publish on ImmoScout24 and immowelt. The website does not state the detailed revenue model.

bezrealitky.cz launched in 2007 and ohne-makler.net was founded in 2009 near Hamburg; the website says the two came together under Home Direct s.r.o. in 2024, and the Slovak and Austrian brands launched in 2025. The company is based in Prague-Karlín and presents Hamburg, Bratislava and Vienna as locations of its brands, with local teams per brand. The website reports 2M+ monthly visits and over €1B in agent fees saved by customers. The registry lists the company as a subsidiary of a foreign group with 1-9 employees.
