Homaris Service

Homaris operates serviced apartments in central city locations in Germany. The apartments are fully equipped with kitchens, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs and work areas. Guests check in contactless through a digital access system, and booking, online check-in and check-out, and added services such as extra cleaning are handled through a digital guest area.

Customers are people travelling for business or leisure, including groups, as well as companies that book through company conditions or rent entire properties for business or group trips. The company develops its locations from initial planning through daily operation, including converting office buildings into apartments. Revenue comes from guest stays and bookable added services.

The website lists locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf and Dresden, with Cologne and Leipzig listed as coming soon. The registered company is Homaris AG, with its address in Berlin. Open job listings cover building caretaking (Hausmeister) roles in Berlin, Hamburg and Frankfurt, accounting, reservations and sales coordination, and an executive business partner / chief of staff role in Berlin.
