Hayfin Capital Management

Hayfin is an alternative asset management firm. Its strategies cover private credit (Direct Lending, Special Opportunities and Tactical Solutions), liquid credit in European, US and global high-yield bonds and syndicated loans, and private equity secondary solutions. Its Tactical Solutions strategy spans direct loans, secondary credit, and hybrid equity and asset-backed investments.

The firm's investors include pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, financial institutions and family offices. On the financing side, it works with private equity sponsors and non-sponsor origination platforms, and it has provided debt such as a €305m senior-secured unitranche facility to Condis Supermercats, as stated in a September 2026 news item.

Hayfin states it was founded in 2009 and lists offices in Chicago, Dubai, Frankfurt, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan, Munich, New York, Paris, San Diego, Seoul, Stockholm and Tokyo, with a Seoul office opening announced in October 2026. Its open roles listed on the site include senior software engineering, fund controller, CLO operations and client coverage positions in London and Chicago.
